Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. 



Permission to Return and Receive Credit

All goods remain the property of Startech Enterprises until paid for in full. 

Parts that are ordered incorrectly by the customer will be exchanged at the discretion of Startech Enterprises. There may be an additional cost and waiting period to supply the correct part required. Startech Enterprises will not cover shipping costs on returned goods. We will provided the return address once the return has been agreed to. 

Parts that are ordered and later not required will incur a 25% restocking fee on the refund amount, at the discretion of Startech Enterprises. Startech Enterprises will not cover shipping costs on returned goods without prior agreement. We will provided the return address once the return has been agreed to. 

All special order goods are non-returnable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

All parts supplied by Startech Enterprises are based on customer description and are correct to our best knowledge. We use Mercedes parts catalogues, OE numbers and descriptions to supply the correct part. Due to the fallible nature of this ordering process, there is of course possiblity of error.

If an ordered part seems to be incorrect, Startech Enterprises will exchange parts only once verification that the part is indeed incorrect due to a picking or numbering error has been attained. Please allow time for an investigation process. Once deemed incorrect due to error, we will endeavour to supply the correct part where possible. There may be a waiting period to resupply, if a resupply is indeed possible. This depends on availability and if the required part is an equivalent cost. 

 

Startech Enterprises will replace or refund any merchandise that is received in damaged condition. There may be a waiting period to resupply - if a resupply is possible.
