SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT

First, if you haven't made an account, set yourself up with an email and password. Next login to activate prices based on your discount.

FINDING YOUR PARTS

Here's 3 main ways you can search...

1: Search using the 10 digit Mercedes Benz number (leave the A off)

2: Search by vehicle model designation and year which brings up the parts listed for your vehicle (these are mostly 'service' parts, if you need something more specific, get in touch!)

3. If ordering multiple items and you have the part numbers, use Express Order to speed up the process - simply enter the part number and quantity without having to navigate to each page for each part

NOT IN STOCK?

If you locate the part you need but it says 'no stock' - follow the supersession link - some parts are listed under multiple numbers so may show 'out of stock' on one number, but 'in stock' for another. Once you find the part you need, you can check stock availability, our retail price “crossed out“ and your cost price

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

Add items to the cart, choose a freight option and at checkout you can select to pay via will be charged to your account as usual.

Sometimes it can be hard to know what freight option is required:

If you have a Capricorn account or account with us - just select your best estimate on freight and we'll figure it out on our end and send through the invoice.

If paying via bank deposit, you will be sent an invoice with freight calculated

If paying by credit card DPS - just select your best estimate, there may be added freight charges if the option selected doesn't work, but we'll let you know!

Please email parts@4mercs.co.nz if there is anything you are looking for that is not listed on the website, as not all parts we have in stock are on the website. We get in regular shipments so if we don't have what you need we can usually get it in for you.
